Hi, I’m Miriam, the owner of Kerbache HR consultancy with over 11 years of experience building startups in the UK. I employ a collaborative, people-focused approach, either embedded in your team as a fractional team member or as your hands on consultant.

I work as part of your team to provide an efficient, bespoke resource that your business can leverage at a price and pace that suits you. I operate at your speed, within your budget, and on your schedule, offering a service when you need it.

I am also a Fractional and Interim HR Leader, and always happy to step in and create a blueprint for your new HR leader to be successful, when the time comes to hire them!
